I just purchased a 2007 Crown Vic Interceptor from Rich and I couldn't be happier with it. He really did a superb job re-conditioning this beauty, looks brand new. It was great to find someone else that has such an appreciation for these work horses. It was a pleasure meeting Richie and he'll be doing all of my future service and installations. I went searching for a "re-tired" Crown Vic on the Web. Did this for 6 months before coming across Rich Troppoli's site and decided to make the call!!!! Best call I ever made in my life!!! Not only did I feel comfortable after talking to Rich on the phone, that he was the person that could do the job, it continued through the whole process from finding the right car to the check out process, to having it shipped to my door!!!! Rich is now my Friend, not just a man that sold me a car!!! His trustworthiness has no bounds in my book!!! My only "complaint" is that I live 800 miles from him and can't go see him and shake is hand once a while and be as friends should be, "Close"!!!!! I Love Ya Rich!!!!

I’ve never been to New Jersey and have not had the pleasure of meeting Rich. I’m in the process of starting a business in Arizona which involves selling a new product to law enforcement agencies. This equipment is mounted on police cars so I knew that I would need a pristine Crown Vic as a showpiece. I had followed Rich’s business online for about a year before deciding to take a chance with him. I contacted Rich by email and told him what I needed. Rich responded back right away and he patiently found the perfect car for my needs. Rich and I exchanged emails daily, including weekends and even when Rich was on vacation! The car was shipped to me and it looks like a 2011….absolutely beautiful! Rich has truly earned a great reputation by providing an exceptional product which he bases his reputation on. Rich, I can't thank you enough for all the work you did to find and get me this car the way I wanted it. The car is soo clean and beautiful! I love the way it rides! It rides like it was made by God! Im not gonna lie. Your work on the body, paint and installing the pushbar is pretty darn good! I get all the looks on the road! Nobody wants to pass me or speed when im on the road. That type of authenticity and fear factor is such a blessing to have on the road because I know I wont get cut off or wrecked because of an idiot driver. It has created a shield of safty where ever I drive. The look is soo dead on that even police officers mistaken me for one of there own and nod their head and wave lol. This is the best first car ever and I wouldnt trade it for anything else. i cant thank you enough and i will call in the future to get my oil changed and an aliginment done etc. PS: Im ecxited to here that you do emergency lighting installations for the cars. That will come in handy if I become a Voleenter FD soon or Police later in life. BY THE WAY: One of my friends saw my car and the work you put into it so i referred him to you and he is really leaning toward buying a vic from you. Im trying to talk him into it because the work you do pays for its self completely but hes not sure what mileage, price and what excatly he wants done to it. Received the title for my 2008 Crown Vic from you Friday, got right out to Motor Vehicles & processed all the paperwork. Took take care of inspection the following Tuesday so in not so many words, everything went very well. I just received my Interceptor from Rich and wanted to say how thrilled I am with it. I custom ordered it from Rich and I'm glad I did. I got the color and options I wanted and added some too. He told me he is doing a lot of these and can't keep his inventory up due to custom orders.Well, that didn't matter to me as I wanted one of is cars. I looked at places with a lot of cars and they were junk. Rich has a great idea there and I wish him well. Great job guys!

Rich asked me to submit a testimonial if I was pleased with everything and I said most definitely! I bought an older model, higher mileage Interceptor, a 2001. It was not totally redone as are all his cars, but was being sold as a cheaper alternative.You'd never know it by the way he had the car prepared. It runs beautifully and even the interior was free of rips.Even though the body had a few small dents and holes, they were barely noticeable. When I saw his completely reconditioned models I was extremely impressed with what his team does. When he says they look like new, he is not kidding! I've never seen Interceptors look like that and I had been to a number of places too.I was drooling.....Well, enough said about great people and great cars.I totally recommend him !!!!

I have had a lot of crown victorias in the past. Including a 99 , 02 and an 03. All of my vics have been prior police cars so im kinda stuck buying them because of reliability and durability of them . So i started searching for another newer one that could give me another 250k plus miles like my older one have. I used to purchase my cop cars with 120k miles on them because that was all i could find. I finally found a place by word of mouth to where to get an a+ reconditioned car with 70k miles , i couldn't wait to check it out! After numerous phone calls to Rich Troppoli i was sucked into flying out to NJ just to look . I was amazed by the cars i saw , totally flawless ! Needless to say , i ran to the bank purchased a 2005 and had it shipped back to California where i enjoy cruising in my new crown vic . I am a very satisfied consumer ! No wonder why the word of mouth is the best recomendation one could receive.

I take my vacation each year at the Jersey Shore where Rich is located. Last summer I drove by his shop and saw all the Crown Vics out front. This year I decided I wanted an Interceptor and was going to stop in on my vacation again. Rich is a very laid back, sincere guy and I was very comfortable with his non-car dealer attitude. He's also very passionate about what he does. Well,needless to say I bought a car that he had just completed and hadn't shown to anyone yet. It was way, way beyond my expectations and I'm really glad I stopped there.

The car i bought from Troppoli Auto is way past great. Its a 2004 with 72,000 miles on it. The car is very quiet idling and runs with no problems at all. Brake, tires and motor are perfect. The car is the very rare medium metallic titanium color which has started a trend after i ordered it to get painted there. The car is no less than stunning to anyone that sees it. Thinking the paint was going to be another maaco job, the paint turned out looking like as if it was directly from the ford motor company. The new design of the website is great too.

I bought a 2002 crown victoria from Troppoli 2 years ago. Let me just say it has lasted, and still performs as good as it has the day I bought it . I have done minimal maintenance work such as, oil changes , brakes , and one tune up since I bought it in the 2 years. The new paint job has lasted , I was kind of surprised, I though I was going to be cheap paint and still looks GREAT! I have spead the word and my friend has picked on up since then as well. Great guys over at Troppoli Auto, that actually care about the cars that they sell, as well as stand behind them ! Ill be back for my 2005 crown vic soon in the near future.
